Case management, referrals, parenting support, and reintegration.

Job readiness training, resume development, interview coaching, and employer partnerships.

Computer training, online safety education, career technology skills, and employer partnerships

One-on-one mentoring, leadership development, financial literacy, and goal- setting.

Tutoring, GED support, college and vocational preparation, and learning recovery services.

Supporting youth and families through healing.

Youth ages 13–20 returning from foster care, juvenile justice, or residential placement.

90-Day Program. Extensions are on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, send an email to the organization for assistance. All volunteers and employees must pass a Central Registry background check.

Mental Health referral assistance, housing resources, employment assistance, vital document retrieval, and Mentorship.

Families are expected to participate in treatment for returning youth.
